A few fun things

I feel like there have been many fun things happening around here. I want to blog them all to remember. I know that is unrealistic so I will list a few favorites lately.

Ryker received his bobcat. Scouts is strange to me and I still have lots to learn. With 4 boys I will be a pro in the end. He also had his space wood derby that night. His is the rocket that is green, yellow and black. (the colors of john Deere)

Conner had a kindergarten circus. The teacher assigned the kids what they were going to be. I kept asking him if he knew what he was yet or what he was hoping to be. He said I don't care, as long as I'm not a clown. Of course he was assigned to be a clown. Good thing he is a good sport about almost everything. He was a FINE clown.

Brynlee loves make-up. Funny girl can put mascara on all by herself without getting it all over her eyes. What gorgeous lashes she has! My bathroom door is locked from now on.

Kessler and Kolby (there kinda lumped into one) As babies they do they same stuff mostly. I will say Kolby is more busy. Loves to roll all over the place and stand and bounce on your lap. Kessler can also roll over but is content not too. He is more relaxed and observes his crazy brother. Which results in more chub than Kolby. Both make lots of noises and have mastered grabbing toys and sucking on them. They both love the bath and splashing with there feet, usually they take one together. They love to eat baby food and be on the floor getting attention from everyone. They for the most part take good naps. It's funny how when one cries the other is not bothered, but sleeps through it. 6 months old and getting cuter every day.

Fun Easter egg hunt with cousins. Taylee came, it will be her last with us since they are moving in a little over a month ( I can't get in to that now or I will break into tears). Maci and Caylee also were in town and came over to see us so they got to join in the fun!

Tiffany and her kids drove from Las Vegas for spring break. The kids had so much fun. Quinten and Weiland spent the night. We also went to Idaho falls to the dinosaur museum. That was my 1st outing with all 5 kids. We did really good!

The boys dressed up in costumes, stole my phone and took some serious action shots. They also made a video of themselves.

4 months too late

I had such good intentions to take newborn pictures of these babies, but I procrastinated and didn't have the energy to think about doing it. Well 4(almost 5)months later it finally happened. The photographer really recommended I wait a few months until they were sitting up. But I knew myself better than to put it off any longer. Although there little bodies couldn't be positioned just right and they were awake for almost all of it I am sure glad I finally got some of these handsome little dudes. Just love them to pieces.

The Best MOMS

I knew this week would finally come. It was a week of emotion and exhaustion. Me being the smart mom I am, decided to switch formula on them that someone gave me. Formula is so expensive and go through it like water around here, so free formula wasn't going to go to waste. You think these babies being # 4 and 5 I would know better than to do that. They were mad at me for a couple of days with tummy aches. I have held it together pretty good since they were born and just had a rough couple of days. I am not depressed or anything, I promise! Anyways the reason for this post is that both my mom and Lana sent me the sweetest most thoughtful cards this week. I am sure they were both inspired. It is nice to know someone is thinking and praying for you daily, I need it. Thank you both for loving me and giving me words of encouragement when I need it the most.

The 1st real snow

So we finally got enough snow to play in this week. Ryker got a snowboard for Christmas and finally got a chance to ride it. Ryker and Conner got home from school and really didn't want to go back outside but I insisted they did and take Bryn with them. They all had lots of fun trying to sled and build snowmen. I wanted to get all my snow clothes on and go play with them but had two little people to take care of instead. We enjoyed watching them from the window.

Brynlee is 3

How can I have two new babies when I feel like Brynlee was just my baby. I am so grateful Brynlee was sent to our house. I needed a daughter! She is my little shadow all day long. You can find her at the counter watching me make any meal, on the counter in the bathroom watching me do my make-up ( and begging for some the whole time), at my side helping with the twins and snuggling me on the couch. She loves to talk all day long. She is always singing and dancing around or dressing up in princess clothes or any other outfit she has picked out. I think she changes her clothes at least 3 times a day. She has an imaginary friend named Golga, and Golga is usually in the naughty spot for saying bad words. She loves to look at her self in the mirror and call her self the style girl. She walks around the house after getting dressed and her hair done looking for Brad and her older brothers to tell her how cute she is. We love her spunk and sweetness. I am SO HAPPY I have her!

Her birthday was a bit of a let down ( for me). It came when I couldn't do much for her. We did however sing to her many times, had pizza at her request and opened lots of fun presents. Happy Birthday Sissy!
